Joseph Vijay, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, is set to visit Tiruchirappalli to express his thanks to voters in a public meeting on Monday, his first since taking office in May this year.

The event, scheduled for the evening at St Joseph's College, coincides with a statewide initiative within his party urging all TVK members to engage with their constituencies.

In preparation for Vijay's arrival, the local police have imposed traffic diversions, ensuring smooth proceedings. The meeting, restricted to 5,000 attendees, requires participants to possess a QR admission pass, as part of safety measures.

Accompanying Vijay's visit, he is scheduled to review ongoing projects in the city, highlighting the government's commitment to development in Tiruchirappalli.
