Putin Accuses Ukraine of War Crimes Amid Dormitory Strikes

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday accused Ukraine of embarking on a new phase of criminal activities following drone strikes on a dormitory in northeastern Luhansk and an apartment building in a Russian-controlled area of Ukraine's Kherson region.

Addressing a meeting on the attacks' aftermath, he claimed Ukraine had knowingly engaged in grave crimes against children at educational facilities in Starobilsk and Henichesk, as reported by Russian news agencies.

These strikes resulted in 21 deaths in Starobilsk and one in Henichesk, where a child was killed and 11 others were injured, intensifying the ongoing conflict between the two nations.
