Russian investment envoy Kirill Dmitriev has revealed plans to engage with prominent U.S. negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner this week, according to the state news outlet RIA.

The two had been pivotal in mediating between Russia and Ukraine, until diplomatic efforts reached an impasse in February.
