Diplomats' Moscow Meet Signals E3's Stance on Ukraine

The leaders of the E3 alliance, which supports Ukraine, recently met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy in London. They backed his ceasefire call, agreed on Ukraine's need for security assurances, and decided frozen Russian assets would stay immobilized until reparations for war damages are paid.

Russian President Vladimir Putin maintains a tough approach to the conflict. Yet, he recently considered former U.S. President Donald Trump's peace proposals as potential solutions to halt the hostilities.
