The leaders of the G7 group of the world's wealthiest nations agreed at their summit in France that the balance of strength had shifted in favour of Ukraine in its war with Russia, said French President Emmanuel Macron.
"Ukraine is advancing, resisting, and Russia is going backwards," said Macron, at the G7 summit in France, adding that he considered the G7 summit to have been a success.
