Thailand's foreign minister said on Thursday that the regional bloc ASEAN must reach a consensus on whether to normalise ties with Myanmar and Bangkok would not impose its will.
Sihasak Phuangketkeow told reporters that Thailand welcomes ideas from other members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations on how to address the conflict in Myanmar, instead of waiting for things to happen.
