The committee consists of Rajya Sabha MP Prasanna Acharya, MLAs Debiprasad Mishra, Pratap Keshari Deb, Pradeep Panigrahi, Pranab Prakash Das and Pramila Mallick, and former legislator Sanjay Kumar Das Burma.
