Strong quake of 6.5-magnitude rattles Russia's Kamchatka, no damage reported

A strong quake measuring 6.5 on the Richter scale hit near the Kamchatka peninsula coast on Thursday, the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences. No damages reported.
The epicentre was located in the Kamchatka Bay, Xinhua news agency reported. Several aftershocks were also felt.
