In a recent statement, the NCRTC revealed that prominent names in the Indian business sector, such as HDFC Bank, Unity Group, and Reveria Buildcon, have shown significant interest in acquiring these commercial parcels. The substantial industry participation underscores the immense potential these spaces hold within the rapidly developing Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) network.

The stations, equipped to handle increasing passenger traffic, offer lucrative opportunities for retail outlets, banks, and offices. They are strategically located, with direct access to major roads and proximity to educational and residential areas, making them ideal for investment.
