Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd is poised to generate Rs 800 crore in revenue from its recent foray into the Mumbai Metropolitan Region's housing market.
The company announced on Tuesday the launch of Wembley-24, a high-rise project in Majiwada, Thane, featuring 457 flats. Project costs are estimated at Rs 300 crore, with the company owning the land.
Pre-sales have been strong, with 150 units already booked, reflecting robust demand for premium residential spaces, as highlighted by Chairman and MD Yogendra D Patel.
