Tragic Accident in Jharkhand: Three Devotees Killed, 15 Injured

Three people were killed and 15 injured in a van crash in Hazaribag, Jharkhand. Among the deceased are Devanand alias Deochand Chouhan and Sourav Chouhan from the same family. The accident occurred near Karso village when the van overturned after hitting a stationary truck.

Three persons were killed and 15 others injured in a tragic van accident in Jharkhand's Hazaribag district on Saturday. Barhi sub-divisional police officer Surjeet Kumar informed that the devotees were returning to Nawada in Bihar after visiting the Chinnamastika Temple in Rajrappa.

The incident took place near Karso village when the driver lost control of the vehicle, which overturned and collided with a stationary truck. Among the deceased are Devanand alias Deochand Chouhan (50) and Sourav Chouhan (30), both from the same family. The identity of the third victim remains unknown.

All the injured have been admitted to Sheikh Bhikhari Medical College and Hospital in Hazaribag. The condition of three individuals is reported to be critical. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
