Mysterious Underground Boom Sparks Panic in Landslide-Ravaged Wayanad

A mysterious booming sound and underground reverberations startled residents of Wayanad district in Kerala, already troubled by recent devastating landslides.

Authorities, led by Wayanad District Collector D R Meghashri, are taking swift action to relocate people from affected areas to safer locations.

Despite the concern, the Kerala State Disaster Management Authority confirmed that seismic records show no anomalies so far. Precautionary school closures have also been implemented.
