Ashiana Housing Partners with Arihant for Rs 225 Crore Senior Living Project 'Swarang' in Chennai

Ashiana Housing has partnered with Arihant Foundation & Housing to develop 'Swarang', a residential project for senior citizens in Chennai. The project costs Rs 225 crore, with sales expected at Rs 450 crore. The first phase will deliver 134 units by September 2027, priced between Rs 84 lakh and Rs 2.08 crore.

Realty firm Ashiana Housing has teamed up with Arihant Foundation & Housing to launch a Rs 225 crore residential project for senior citizens in Chennai.

Dubbed 'Swarang', the senior living development is expected to yield a sales realization of Rs 450 crore. The initial phase, covering nearly 11 acres, will feature 134 units ranging in price from Rs 84 lakh to Rs 2.08 crore, with completion slated for September 2027 as per RERA guidelines.

Joint Managing Director Ankur Gupta emphasized that 'Swarang' caters to Chennai's growing senior community with its prime location and sophisticated amenities. Established in 1979, New Delhi-based Ashiana Housing Ltd has completed over 50 projects in various segments, delivering more than 23 million square feet and serving over 15,000 families.
