ATS Realty Revives 100-Acre Township Project with Rs 130 Crore Payment to YEIDA

ATS Infrastructure's arm has partially paid Rs 130 crore to Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) for land dues, reviving their 100-acre township project. Shedding light on this initiative, the company has already developed a housing complex in the same area, with future plans under the 'ATS Homekraft' brand.

ATS Infrastructure's arm has taken a significant step in reviving a 100-acre township project by making a part-payment of Rs 130 crore to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) towards its land dues.

According to a company statement, ATS Realty, in conjunction with Greenbay Infrastructure, deposited the amount to cover the minimum outstanding dues for land parcels in Sector 22D along the Yamuna Expressway.

With this development, ATS Realty is on track to develop a state-of-the-art residential township under the 'ATS Homekraft' brand. The company had earlier completed a group housing complex in the same township and is set to continue its work on multiple projects unabated.
