HSCC Lands Major Hospital Contracts: A Boost for Haryana Healthcare

HSCC (India) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of state-owned NBCC, has successfully secured two major contracts from the Employees State Insurance Corporation, worth a total of Rs 1,322.48 crore. This development is expected to significantly boost healthcare infrastructure in Haryana.
The contracts involve the construction of a new 500-bed ESIC Hospital at Manesar, Gurugram, with a project value of Rs 679.79 crore. Furthermore, the project will also see the enhancement of bed capacity at the ESIC Medical College and Hospital in Faridabad, increasing from 650 to 1,150 beds at a cost of Rs 642.69 crore.
NBCC, renowned for its project management consultancy and real estate ventures, views these contracts as a vital step in addressing the healthcare needs of the growing population in Haryana. These projects are set on a deposit mode basis, ensuring effective and efficient implementation.
