Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled a series of projects valued at Rs 284 crore during his recent visit to the Statue of Unity in Ekta Nagar, Narmada district, marking the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas. This initiative aims to boost regional development and tourism around the iconic monument.
During his two-day stay in Gujarat, Modi inaugurated numerous facilities, including a 50-bed sub-district hospital featuring a trauma center, CT scan capabilities, and specialized wards. The launch of a 4 MW solar project underscores a commitment to renewable energy adoption.
Modi also laid the groundwork for several future projects such as a sewage treatment plant and a bonsai garden. Additional infrastructure developments include smart bus stops, traffic circles, and protective flood measures, ensuring both community enhancement and sustainable growth.
