Fatal Encounter: Farmer's Tragic End in Tiger Attack

In Maharashtra's Nagpur district, a farmer named Dashrath Dhote was killed by a tiger while feeding his cattle near Kondhasawali village. This tragic incident marks the second human fatality by a tiger in the area this year, raising concerns about human-wildlife conflict.

A tragic encounter unfolded in Maharashtra's Nagpur district when a farmer named Dashrath Dhote was mauled to death by a tiger on Friday evening.

The attack occurred near Kondhasawali village in Parseoni tehsil, about 50 kilometers from the district headquarters, while Dhote was tending to his cattle. His screams drew the attention of his son and nearby villagers, but by the time they could reach him, the tiger had already left after causing fatal injuries.

This incident is the second reported tiger attack leading to human death in the district this year, following a similar event in January involving victim Sahdev Suryavanshi of Amgaon.
