Tragic Building Collapse Claims Young Life in Delhi

A 24-year-old man named Md Kashif lost his life after an abandoned building collapsed in southwest Delhi's Mahavir Enclave on Monday, according to a Delhi Fire Services official.

The tragic incident was reported at 1.55 pm, prompting the immediate dispatch of four fire tenders and rescue teams to the scene, the official stated.

Another call at 3.10 pm revealed that Kashif had been buried under debris. Despite being urgently transported to DDU Hospital, he succumbed to critical injuries en route, the official confirmed. Kashif happened to be passing by when the building gave way.
