Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath evaluated ongoing development projects in Varanasi alongside local officials and community leaders.
The discussions concentrated on enhancing transportation, boosting tourism, and efficiently managing construction work. These efforts are particularly significant given Varanasi's status as Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Lok Sabha constituency.
Adityanath also engaged with Apna Ghar Ashram representatives, addressing the pressing issue of housing for the homeless. Director K Niranjan requested government land to manage the surging homeless population. In response, Adityanath promised governmental support and proposed expanding similar facilities in other districts of Uttar Pradesh.
