Tragic Lightning Strikes: Four Children Killed in Separate Incidents
Four children lost their lives due to lightning strikes in two separate incidents in the district. The tragedies occurred while the children were grazing livestock. Despite immediate medical assistance, two children succumbed at a private hospital and another in a district hospital. One child remains in treatment.

In a tragic sequence of events, four children lost their lives after being struck by lightning in two separate incidents within the district, according to authorities on Friday.
The first incident unfolded when four children were tending to their goats. Despite swift transportation to a private hospital, Satish (13) and Mani (13) were declared dead, while two others received first aid.
A similar tragedy struck in Tara Ka Pura village, where children were grazing buffaloes. Abhishek Singh, Circle Officer of Kaushambi, reported that 15-year-old Govind died instantly and Rupa Devi (12) succumbed to injuries in the district hospital. Mohit (10) is currently receiving medical attention at a private hospital.
