Real estate developer NeoLiv has announced a significant investment in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, acquiring 17.5 acres in Khopoli for a new housing project. The firm plans to invest Rs 150 crore in the development, which will include approximately 180 plots.
NeoLiv's founder and CEO, Mohit Malhotra, confirmed the acquisition and noted Khopoli's rise as a lucrative location due to improved connectivity. This project marks NeoLiv's third venture, following successful projects in Kundli-Sonipat and Alibaug.
NeoLiv operates in partnership with wealth management firm 360 ONE, and their projects are bolstered by a SEBI-regulated AIF Fund, providing financial security and ensuring timely project delivery to customers.
