In a tragic incident in Veraval city, Gujarat, three lives were lost when an old three-storey building collapsed in the early hours of Monday.
The victims included a motorbike rider and a mother and daughter residing in the building. The accident occurred around 1.30 am, according to Inspector HR Goswami.
Emergency teams, including firefighters and police, worked tirelessly in rescue operations, which ended by 5 am, retrieving three bodies and rescuing two others.
