Karnataka's Deputy Chief Minister, D K Shivakumar, has unveiled an ambitious infrastructure overhaul for Bengaluru, positioning it as an 'ever-evolving engine of transformation'.
Speaking at the 28th Bengaluru Tech Summit, Shivakumar outlined investments exceeding Rs 1 lakh crore in multiple infrastructure projects, aimed at invigorating the city's growth and appeal.
The projects include expansive tunnels, metro lines, and business corridors. Additionally, a new airport and a state-of-the-art 'AI City' are planned. Shivakumar emphasized Bengaluru's tech-driven future, inviting industry leaders to contribute to educational CSR initiatives.
