The DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 kick-started with an impressive response, selling around 60% of its available flats, equating to 684 units, within just 24 hours. This limited-time opportunity is open to current and retired employees of central and state governments, public sector undertakings, and other government-associated personnel.
The significant first-day uptake is set to generate around Rs 450 crore, signaling a resurgence in homebuyer confidence towards DDA's initiatives and emphasizing Narela's status as a burgeoning sub-city. Real estate experts attribute this to DDA's urban planning and infrastructure efforts led by Lt Governor VK Saxena.
The scheme, accessible through a fully online booking process until March 31, 2026, highlights the demand for affordable housing, with one BHK flats nearly sold out. It also underscores the area's enhanced road and proposed metro connectivity, further boosting Narela's desirability as a residential location.
