Elan Group partners with Leighton India for a substantial INR 1000 Crores construction venture, 'Elan The Mark', in Gurugram, part of a sprawling township. Elan Group has engaged Leighton India, part of CIMIC Group, to construct 'Elan The Mark', a major project located in Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, with a Letter of Intent valued at INR 1000 Crores.

This development, part of a larger 50-acre integrated township, is designed by renowned global architects and is set to redefine luxury living standards with its blend of retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality spaces.

The project aims to bring a next-generation ecosystem of high-end living to Gurugram, featuring a mall, high-street retail, A-Grade offices, and more, amidst strong market interest and partnerships with international experts for quality and sustainability.
