People's concerns over Thane integral ring metro alignment change must be addressed: BJP MLA

These residents have claimed implementing agencies altered the originally approved route alignment, which may impact certain areas, he told PTI. ''I have attended a detailed presentation by metro officials regarding the project and its proposed route. I am with the citizens on this issue. The agencies have certainly made changes in the route alignment and the concerns of residents need to be addressed,'' Kelkar said. He said a joint survey involving metro officials and residents would be conducted to assess the alignment and explore possible alternatives.
