In a development more than a year after a tragic construction accident in Maharashtra's Thane district, three individuals have been charged with causing death by negligence, according to police sources.

The case was registered against the accused - a safety manager, a safety supervisor, and an engineer - after a detailed probe into the December 16, 2024 incident, which resulted in the death of 22-year-old worker Jairaj Balkubhai Kamlia.
