At 46.3 deg C, Chittorgarh hottest place in Rajasthan
Rajasthan experienced severe heatwave conditions on Tuesday, with Chittorgarh recording the highest temperature of 46.3 degrees Celsius.

Chittorgarh recorded a maximum temperature of 46.3 degrees Celsius on Tuesday, making it the hottest place in Rajasthan, according to the meteorological department (Met).
Sri Ganganagar's temperature soared to 45.9 degrees Celsius.
According to the Met department, Alwar recorded a temperature of 45.8 degrees, Pilani 45.3, Phalodi and Churu 44.8, Kota 44.4, Bikaner 43.8, while Jaipur recorded a maximum temperature of 43.2 degrees Celsius.
Met has predicted similar weather conditions and heatwave at isolated places in western Rajasthan over the next week.
