Iran earthquake: Moderate earthquake rattles Tabriz, nearby cities; no damage reported

A moderate earthquake has possibly hit Northern Iran and dozens of people have tweeted felt reports. Real-time earthquake information provider EMSC also reported the earthquake but their detection was not seismically verified. The magnitude of this earthquake is not known yet.
Most felt reports are being tweeted from Tabriz while nearby cities are also expected to have felt the earthquake. There have been no reports of damage until now.

In 2017, a strong 7.3 earthquake shook the Iran-Iraq border and took hundreds of lives. The earthquake was felt as far as the United Arab Emirates and Israel and is termed the deadliest earthquake of 2017.
Update: It was a magnitude 4.3 earthquake and was felt in Tabriz and nearby cities. There are no reports of any damage or injuries.
