India’s Aditi Ashok progressed to the weekend rounds of the US Women’s Open with a score of 1-over 71 at the Lancaster Golf Club. Her combined score of 4-over, following a 3-over 74 on the first day, placed her tied-24 on the leaderboard in challenging conditions.

The tournament saw only four players able to break par after 36 holes. Aditi’s performance included two birdies and three bogeys in the second round, building on her three birdies, four bogeys, and a double bogey from the first day.

The leaderboard was led by Wichanee Meechai from Thailand at 4-under, followed by Andrea Lee at 2-under. Both Yuka Saso and Minjee Lee were tied for third at 1-under. The cut was set at 8-over, excluding notable names like Nelly Korda and defending champion Allisen Corpuz.
