Tommy Paul Triumphs at Queen's Club for Third ATP Title

Tommy Paul clinched his third ATP title by overpowering Lorenzo Musetti at the Queen's Club final, winning 6-1, 7-6 (8). This victory makes Paul the first American to win at the club's pre-Wimbledon tournament since Sam Querrey in 2010, joining past champions like John McEnroe and Jimmy Connors.

Reflecting on his win, Paul commented, “Going through the hallways here in the locker room and the names on the wall, it's unbelievable. It was my goal always to put my name next to them.” Ranked 13th, Paul will surpass Taylor Fritz as the new American No. 1.

Despite the loss, Musetti, ranked No. 30, showed resilience, breaking back in the second set to force a tiebreaker where he had a set point at 7-6. Nonetheless, Paul's early dominance proved insurmountable.
