Two-time Olympic medallist P V Sindhu is physically and mentally in prime condition, yet she realizes the necessity of adopting a smarter approach to clinch a third Olympic medal.

Sindhu's journey to Paris aims to make her the first Indian to secure three Olympic medals, having already achieved a silver and bronze in the previous Games. 'It is challenging, it's not easy but, at the same time, it's not impossible,' remarked Sindhu during an interaction hosted by the Sports Authority of India, the Indian Olympic Association, and the Badminton Association of India. She emphasized the importance of leveraging her extensive experience.

Currently training at the Hermann-Neuberger Sportschule in Saarbrucken, Germany, Sindhu's strategy involves perfecting all strokes and techniques. 'Prakash (Padukone) sir suggested Germany due to its proximity to Paris and its conducive environment for focused training,' said Sindhu. Despite past injuries and inconsistent performances, Sindhu expresses confidence in her improved form and mental resilience.
