After clinching a bronze medal in the 10m air pistol (mixed team) event at the 2024 Olympics, Sarabjot Singh received a hero's welcome at Delhi Airport. Excited fans greeted the Indian shooter with garlands upon his return from Paris, filling the airport with a celebratory atmosphere.

Speaking to ANI, Sarabjot extended his congratulations to Swapnil Kusale for securing a bronze in the men's 50m rifle 3P event. 'I want to congratulate him. It is a very good feeling that we got another medal at the Olympics,' Singh said.

At the ongoing Paris Olympics, Kusale made history by becoming the first Indian shooter to win a medal in the 50m rifle 3P event. His bronze brought India's medal tally in shooting to three. Earlier, Sarabjot Singh and Manu Bhaker captured bronze in the 10m air pistol mixed team event, with Bhaker also securing a bronze in the individual women's 10m air pistol event. The Indian contingent now boasts three bronze medals at the Paris Games, all from shooting.
