Texans sign RT Henderson to 1-year extension
The Houston Texans have signed right tackle Seantrel Henderson to a one-year contract extension, the team announced Saturday. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported the deal was worth a maximum value of $4.5 million.
Henderson started the Texans' 2018 season opener at New England, but suffered a broken left ankle in the first quarter and missed the rest of the season. Henderson, who turns 27 on Monday, played the previous four seasons with Buffalo. A seventh-round pick out of Miami in 2014, he appeared in 34 games for the Bills with 27 starts from 2014-17.
