HS Prannoy called it a 'once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,' stressing the importance of this platform as a stepping stone for young talents who will soon transition into senior-level competitions. The Indian team, comprising a robust 25-member squad, will seek to leverage home conditions to their advantage.
Lakshya Sen and Ashwini Ponnappa echoed Prannoy's sentiments, urging players to remain focused and trust their training. With medals already in sight, the squad aims for a historic podium finish in the mixed team event and hopes high for the paired events.
