Kristoffer Reitan holed a crucial birdie on the 18th, securing his lead after the second round of the Nedbank Golf Challenge on Friday. The Norwegian golfer now sits one shot ahead of Adrien Saddier.
Reitan's remarkable opening round of 63 had given him a three-shot advantage, but his second round was more subdued, resulting in a 69 and a total of 132 for 12-under-par.
Frenchman Adrien Saddier posted a second-round 67, while Julien Guerrier and South African Christiaan Bezuidenhout ended two shots further back at nine under par. Bezuidenhout delivered the best round of the day with a 65, notching eight birdies.
