Nation Unites for the Assam Rifles Half Marathon: A Showcase of Endurance and Unity

More than 3,000 runners from around the nation converged at Laitkor for the fifth Assam Rifles Half Marathon, a vibrant celebration of fitness and unity.
Apart from local participants, runners hailed from 26 states and two Union territories, transforming the day into a nationwide event of sporting spirit.
Sandeep Devrari and Tamsi Singh emerged as the champions in the men's and women's 21 km categories, respectively, as officials lauded the Northeast's growing culture of wellness. The event awarded Rs 20 lakh in cash prizes and commended the enthusiasm of all involved.
