Empowering The Mat: M3M Foundation Gold Cup Inspires Future Wrestling Champions

The M3M Foundation, teamed with the Yogeshwar Dutt Wrestling Academy, launched a pivotal sporting event aimed at boosting India's wrestling prospects. The 'M3M Foundation Gold Cup – Under-20 National Wrestling Mahasangram' took place on March 15-16, 2026, in Rohtak, Haryana, drawing over 550 young wrestlers from across the nation.
Underpinning the event was the theme 'Mitti Se Olympics Medal Tak,' which highlights India's traditional wrestling culture. The championship saw participants from over 50 akhadas and wrestling academies, fostering intense competition and national exposure. Remarkably, more than 25 international-level wrestlers joined the fray, emphasizing its significance.
In tandem with the championship, M3M Foundation inaugurated a Girls' Hostel at the Yogeshwar Dutt Sports Academy, a step towards bolstering sports infrastructure. With intense competitions across various weight categories, the event underscored the potential of grassroots talent to achieve international acclaim, aligning with India's Olympic ambitions.
