The Rugby Premier League (RPL), a collaboration between GMR Sports and Rugby India, announced the second edition of the tournament will be held at Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad from June 16 to 28. Building on the success of last year's inaugural event in Mumbai, the league returns with its fast-paced Rugby 7s format.

Rahul Bose, President of Rugby India, emphasized the league's commitment to continuous improvement, stating, "With everything one does in life, the quest is to always do better, be better, deliver better. That will continue to be the cornerstone of the RPL."

GMR Sports CEO Satyam Trivedi highlighted Hyderabad's exceptional sports infrastructure and passionate fan base as reasons for choosing the city as the event's venue, signaling a commitment to nurturing the growth of rugby in India.
