Fresh on the heels of their triumph in the 50-over World Cup, the Indian women's cricket team is aiming for further glory as they prepare for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup, commencing on June 12. Saikia believes that last year's victory has instilled a winning mentality within the team, a crucial factor as they aim to claim the T20 title.

India is set to launch their campaign against Pakistan on June 14. Part of Group A, they will face strong competition from teams like Australia and South Africa. Preparations will continue with a T20I series against England starting May 28.
