Lille's ambitions for a Champions League berth took a hit after a 1-1 draw against Le Havre at home on Sunday. The team, currently third in the standings, sits just one point above Lyon and two ahead of Rennes, both of whom played later that day.
Hakon Haraldsson opened the scoring for Lille in the 28th minute after receiving a pass from Matias Fernandez-Pardo. However, Le Havre quickly leveled the match through Issa Soumaré, who capitalized on a defensive lapse.
Elsewhere, other matches included Strasbourg vs. Toulouse, Paris FC vs. Brest, and Auxerre vs. Angers. League leaders PSG are preserving a six-point cushion over Lens, with both teams drawing their games on Saturday. The critical tie between Lens and PSG is scheduled for May 13.
