Despite Manush Shah's valiant effort in a 1 hour and 34 minutes match, Indian hopes were dashed as both Manav Thakkar and Sathiyan Gnanasekaran suffered swift losses.
Shah initially took a lead against Robert Gardos but couldn't sustain the momentum, eventually losing in the deciding set. Subsequently, Thakkar and Gnanasekaran succumbed quickly to their Austrian counterparts, marking the end of India's journey in the tournament.
