Chennai Super Kings handed Delhi an eight-wicket loss, leaving them in the seventh spot of the 10-team league. With only four games left in the regular season, Delhi is pressured to secure wins for a top-four finish and a place in the playoffs. "It's crunch time for us," Badani told reporters, adding that each remaining match is a virtual knockout game.

Delhi's recent inability to post significant scores, coupled with inconsistent performances in bowling and batting, remains a concern. Badani noted, "We need at least 60-70% of our players performing on any given day to succeed." The team must rally urgently for any playoff hopes.
