OnePlus 9/9 Pro receiving March 2023 security patch in India

The OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro units in India have started receiving the March 2023 Android Security Patch with a new OxygenOS update that also fixes a display issue affecting Quick Settings.

This update, labelled OxygenOS 13 F.21, also includes a couple of system and communication improvements. You can check out the complete update changelog below:

The update is rolling out incrementally and will reach a limited number of users today. You can expect a broader rollout in a few days. If you haven't received the update notification yet, check for it manually by heading over to the phone's Settings > System > Software Updates.

OnePlus 9/9 Pro: Specifications

The OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro share many similarities. Both handsets are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G Mobile Platform and come with either 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Both phones feature an in-display fingerprint sensor for quick biometric authentication and currently run OxygenOS 13, based on Android 13.
