South Africa 'didn't approve any arms to Russia - minister tells 702 radio

South Africa "didn't approve any arms to Russia," the minister who chairs the country's National Conventional Arms Control Committee, Mondli Gungubele, told local radio station 702, according to a Twitter post by the radio host.

Gungubele told 702's Clement Manyathela that if weapons were loaded onto a vessel bound for Russia from South Africa that was illegal and inappropriate, Manyathela wrote on Twitter.
