Spanish PLD Space aborts test launch at last moment -webcast

PLD Space aborted the debut test launch of its suborbital reusable Miura-1 rocket at the last moment, early on Saturday, a live webcast showed.

The Spanish startup was attempting the first step in a race to put small satellites into space and capture a slice of a potential trillion-dollar market. An earlier attempt in late May was postponed due to strong high-altitude winds.
