Samsung to unveil new vacuum cleaner lineup with advanced AI at CES 2024

Samsung will introduce a new vacuum cleaner lineup with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) at the upcoming CES 2024 tech show in Las Vegas. Currently in development, the Bespoke Jet Bot Combo is a vacuum and mop robot cleaner with enhanced AI features and steam cleaning for an easier cleaning experience.

The Bespoke Jet Bot Combo features upgraded AI Object Recognition and expands the number of objects it can distinguish, enabling more precise driving.

The vacuum cleaner can now recognize space and stains to provide users with better cleaning experiences. When a stain is detected, it goes back to the clean station to heat the mop pads with high-temperature steam and water and then returns back to the area where the stain was detected.

Secondly, the new model can sense the floor type, thanks to a new feature called AI Floor Detect. It distinguishes between hard floors and carpeting, and then automatically boosts its suction power for effective cleaning. Furthermore, when the Bespoke Jet Bot Combo detects a carpet, it determines whether to lift up the mop pads or to detach them at the clean station to provide an improved anti-cross contamination solution.

Lastly, the clean station provides a comprehensive 3-step Total Cleaning System specifically for mop pads. The mop pads are automatically washed using hot water heated by high-temperature steam, following which steam is sprayed onto the mop pads to prevent odours. After steaming, the mop pads get auto-dried with hot air.
