OxygenOS 14.0.0.500 rolling out to OnePlus 9R with March 2024 security patch

The OnePlus 9R has started receiving the OxygenOS 14.0.0.500 update in India, which brings the March 2024 Android security patch and a couple of improvements and bug fixes to the handset.

The OxygenOS 14.0.0.500 update focuses on reducing power consumption across various scenarios to extend the device's battery life. It addresses the display issue with the status bar and an issue that might cause some applications to crash unexpectedly.

Further, a new option in Settings allows OnePlus 9R users to switch between year, month, and day views.
