AI companies including Alphabet's Google, Meta, Microsoft and OpenAI as well as from China, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates committed to safe AI development on Tuesday, according to a statement from the UK government.
The announcement came as South Korea and Britain host a global AI summit in Seoul starting Tuesday.
