MG Windsor: JSW MG Motor's First Electric Crossover Utility Vehicle
JSW MG Motor India introduces its first electric crossover utility vehicle (CUV) named MG Windsor. This announcement follows a strategic joint venture between SAIC Motor and JSW Group to boost MG Motor's presence in India. The MG Windsor blends sedan comfort and SUV expansiveness with advanced technology and aerodynamic design.
JSW MG Motor India has unveiled its first electric crossover utility vehicle (CUV), designated as MG Windsor.
The announcement comes shortly after SAIC Motor, China's largest automaker, formed a joint venture with JSW Group in November, aimed at accelerating the transformation and growth of MG Motor in India. SAIC Motor, headquartered in Shanghai, owns the British brand, MG Motor.
Satinder Singh Bajwa, Chief Commercial Officer at JSW MG Motor India, highlighted that the MG Windsor, inspired by the globally renowned Windsor Castle, combines advanced technological features and a futuristic aerodynamic exterior. The vehicle caters to consumers who seek the combined comfort of a sedan with the expansive nature of an SUV.
